We loved them in their presence and in their absence, and will continue to love them. My love and thoughts are with their dad Ken Arnott, the Arnott family, and Jamie's girlfriend, Kasey.

West Charleston siblings die in two-car crash

DERBY – Two West Charleston siblings were killed Friday morning after their car collided with another Friday morning.
Vermont State Police said James Flannery, 20, and a passenger, his sister Caitlyn Flannery, 18, died when the 2001 Dodge Neon in which they were riding skidded and crossed into the westbound lane on Shattuck Hill Road. The car struck a 1994 Ford van driven by David Currier, 42, of Derby.
Both occupants of the Dodge were pronounced dead at the scene. Currier suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
There was not any evidence of alcohol or drugs at the scene. The case remains under investigation. Derby Line Fire Department, Derby Line Ambulance and Orleans County Sheriff Department assisted at the scene.
