Why Corzine Stinks

Our new ultra-liberal Governor John Corzine has decided to cut one of the best education programs in New Jersey, The New Jersey Governor's School. It had been established as a free program for high achieving students, and provided collegiate, work-intensive summer programs in the arts, public policy, the sciences, engineering and international affairs. For my previous students who attended, it was a fantastic experience.

What made Governor's School so great was that it provided an opportunity for students who could not afford the expensive summer programs, many of which cost $3,000.00 or more.

So, naturally, Corzine starts by cutting the program in the arts, in which students could focus on either visual art, writing, dance, music or theater. The remaining schools at present await execution. Corzine stinks.

Way to go Corzine!
